Simple Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, segmented
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
3. Toss to combine and serve.
Tropical Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup papaya, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, chunks
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup passion fruit pulp
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
2. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
3. Pour honey-lime mixture over fruit and toss to combine.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Citrus Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 lemon, peeled and segmented
- 1 lime, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and orange liqueur, if using.
3. Pour honey-orange liqueur mixture over fruit and toss to combine.
4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Berry Fruit Salad with Mint
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
3. Add mint leaves and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
Melon and Cucumber Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe, diced
- 1/2 cup honeydew melon, diced
- 1/2 cup watermelon, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Toss to combine.
3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
