In terms of wave particle duality of light a plastic surgeon is using two light sources: A Head lamp that emits a beam of visible light and a handheld laser that emits infrared light?

The light from both source is emitted in the form of packets of energy called photons. For which source are the photons more energetic, the headlamp or the laser? And is this explanation the example of Wave- Particle duality?
