Should u perform ghuls after using your hand to play with your private part ?

It is not necessary to perform ghusl (ritual washing) after touching your private parts unless there is discharge of semen or sexual activity has occurred. However, it is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after touching your private parts to maintain hygiene.
