As a facilitator and mediator in early childhood development, I believe I have been successful in effectively managing and coordinating all aspects of the daily programme. I have demonstrated strong organizational skills in planning and implementing activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. I have also been able to effectively communicate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure that the programme runs smoothly and meets the desired outcomes.

In terms of facilitating learning experiences, I have created a stimulating and engaging environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn through play. I have also incorporated a variety of activities and materials that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

As a mediator, I have been able to effectively resolve conflicts and promote positive interactions among children. I have implemented strategies to teach children how to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and work collaboratively with their peers.
