Refund Criteria
- Candidates who have paid a non-refundable deposit to secure an interview and are not selected for the position are eligible for a refund.
- Candidates who withdraw their application prior to the interview are eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, candidates must contact the hiring manager or recruiter in writing within 14 days of receiving confirmation of their non-selection.
- The candidate will be provided with a refund form to complete.
- The refund will be processed and returned to the candidate within 30 days of receipt of the completed refund form.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- Candidates who do not show up for their scheduled interview without providing notice.
- Candidates who withdraw their application after the interview has been conducted.
- Candidates who are found to have falsified or misrepresented information on their application or resume.
- Candidates who are hired for the position but subsequently withdraw or are terminated for cause.
