ExW (Ex Works):
- Ex Works does not place significant responsibilities on the exporter.
- The exporter is responsible for making the goods available at their own premises (factory, warehouse, etc.).
- The exporter is responsible for packaging the goods.
- The exporter assists the buyer in obtaining export licenses or other necessary documentation if required.
