What appealed most to you about the salesperson from whom you last purchased life insurance?

The salesperson I last purchased life insurance from was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all the different policy options available to me. They were also very patient and understanding, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Additionally, they were very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, their professionalism and expertise were what appealed most to me.
