You select resource allocation approaches that optimise the allocation of resources among sectors of the organisation to achieve implementation priorities and objectives.

 

Apply resource allocation procedures that optimise the allocation of resources to achieve operational objectives.

 

Guidelines

 

a)     Identify resources you will need in order to achieve operational objectives?

b)     Plan and document key tasks and priorities for action that will enable you to achieve implementation objectives within resource levels?

c)     Draft an implementation plan. Ensure that your plan covers the following:

·        schedule the deployment of resources

·        determine priorities, time sequences, and target dates for completion, and

·        allocate clear responsibilities and standards for completion of specific tasks. Attach evidence in your POE guide.
