This is a follow up of tasks 1, 2, 3 and 4. You are now required to negotiate realignment of implementation objectives, priorities, and processes. Follow your organisational plan, policies, procedures, and the guidelines below.

 

a)     Plan changes across the range of planned activities in relation to identified areas of improvement and adjustment?

                            

a)     Negotiate agreement with key stakeholders on adjustments to implementation processes. This task should be complete in the presence of your supervisor? Attach stakeholder sign offs as evidence?                                                                                                            

c)     Communicate required changes to those with related responsibilities? Attach evidence and employee signoffs in your POE guide?                                                   

 

d)     Alter reallocation of resources and review of benchmarks accordingly? Present your answer in report format.
