· required actions
· projected timeframes
· service objectives
· performance standards and measures,
· responsibilities for achievement of objectives, and
· Required changes to existing structures and systems

b) Discuss and agree review mechanism with all staff. This task should be completed in the presence of your supervisor? Attach signoffs from staff and all relevant evidence in your POE guide.
c) Assign timeframes for implementation of overall objectives, priorities, and processes with all staff. Attach evidence in your POE guide. (10)
