What visa options do I have to migrate to other European countries after being asked to leave UK because of reassessment without attendance in university

i was graduated with a diploma certificate after failing a module but i appealed it and was later asked to resit without attendance and reported to hone office to curtail my visa. at this point, can I decline the resit and request for the graduate with diploma certificate so as to switch to skilled worker visa or will my university not grant this as they have already reported to home office for visa curtailment
