A. A bulging fontanel or a rag doll appearance(floppy) B. High sudden fever vomiting headaches sensitivity to light and stiff neck C. Seizure coma or a petechial rash indicating possible meningococcal septicaemia D. Sign of severe dehydration including a depression in the fontanel of babies ( ca appear as an early warning sign)
