Part Two:-HPI Mr x a 50 yrs. old male patient comes to ST Marry hospital with complain of persistent sharp abdominal pain. Additionally he has loss of appetits, nausea and vomiting for 02 days duration in all quadrants, generalized wenkness and dizziness. He has no known family history of disease. He has no major past medical history including dyspepsia.
