When do we have to wear a mask in shops?
Is that a must to wear a mask in shops all the time? Are there any regulations about the type of the mask? Does it have to be a surgical mask or I can wear one made of 100% cotton or any other textile? The news confuse me about when do we have to wear the mask and where are they obligatory to wear.

What other supermarkets as Walmart require wearing a mask from 20th july in the US considering the further risks of Covid-19?
Wearing a mask while shopping in Walmart is a must starting from 20th july. In what other shops do we have to cover our mouth and nose? Does it have to be a proper mask or a scarf would do the job? I've read how this preventive campaigne was done in the EU and there people were allowed to wear a scarf, too.

How can we make our own surgical face masks at home? During these days, because of the new coronavirus everyone is scared and stressed, some people are wearing masks and we all get nervous when someone squeezes around us on the bus or in public. I've read that during this period it is advisable to follow the epidemiological rules and these recommend wearing masks to protect ourselves against the virus. The only problem is that since the outbreak of the coronavirus, the price of these masks has increased by 1500% and even with such a high price, people bought so many that now it is almost impossible to find any in stores or pharmacies. I assume the only solution to have a mask is to make your own at home. Do you know any DIY instructions for this?
