Overcoming pedagogical challenges in Islamic studies education is pivotal to enhance students' academic achievement. This research seeks to investigate the impact of scaffolding techniques, which gradually guide and support students in developing their academic skills, on the academic performance of secondary school students in Islamic studies. By examining the effectiveness of scaffolding techniques, this study aims to identify ways to support students in acquiring knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in this subject.
