Mediterranean climate

A Mediterranean climate is typically characterized by hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. This type of climate is found in regions bordering the Mediterranean Sea, as well as in parts of California, South Africa, Australia, and Chile. The summers are usually hot and dry, with temperatures often exceeding 30°C (86°F), while the winters are mild and wet, with temperatures rarely dropping below freezing. This climate is ideal for growing a variety of crops, including olives, grapes, and citrus fruits.
