Yes, Ramciel is planned to be the future capital city of South Sudan. The decision to move the capital from Juba to Ramciel was made in 2011, shortly after South Sudan gained independence. However, the actual relocation process is still ongoing and Ramciel is not yet fully developed as the capital city.
