Who is Ambedkar?

Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, popularly known as Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, was an Indian jurist, economist, politician, and social reformer who campaigned against social discrimination towards the untouchables (Dalits) and also supported the rights of women and labor. He was the chief architect of the Indian Constitution and is considered the father of the Indian Constitution. Ambedkar was also the first Law Minister of independent India. He dedicated his life to fighting for the rights of marginalized communities and is widely regarded as one of the most important figures in Indian history.
