Who can be considered the real founder of the Delhi Sultanate?

Qutb-ud-din Aibak is considered the real founder of the Delhi Sultanate. He was a slave of Muhammad Ghori and became the first Sultan of Delhi after Ghori's death in 1206. Aibak established the Mamluk dynasty and laid the foundation of the Delhi Sultanate, which ruled over North India for several centuries.
