When does the stubble phase end?

The stubble phase typically ends after about 1-2 weeks of not shaving. At this point, the hair will have grown out enough to no longer be considered stubble and will start to look more like a short beard or facial hair.

The stubble phase ends when the hair is long enough to be trimmed or shaved off.
