What is lions ?

Lions are large carnivorous mammals belonging to the Felidae family. They are known for their distinctive appearance, with a mane of hair around the neck of the male lions. Lions are apex predators and are known for their strength, speed, and hunting abilities. They are social animals that live in groups called prides, typically consisting of multiple females, their offspring, and a few adult males.
