What is communism?

Communism is a socio-economic ideology and political movement that aims to establish a classless, stateless society where the means of production are owned and controlled by the community as a whole. In a communist society, there is no private ownership of property, and the distribution of resources is based on the principle of "from each according to their ability, to each according to their needs." The ultimate goal of communism is to create a society free from social inequality, exploitation, and oppression.
