What currently takes up most of our time and effort?

In lead learning, the majority of our time and effort is currently focused on developing and implementing effective strategies for engaging and motivating learners, designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences, and assessing and evaluating the impact of our efforts on learner outcomes. Additionally, we are also dedicated to staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field of education and continuously improving our own knowledge and skills as educators.

- Course design: Designing courses that are well-organized, easy to navigate, and effective in delivering the desired learning outcomes.
- Instructional delivery: Delivering instruction in a way that is engaging, interactive, and effective for all learners.
- Assessment: Assessing learner progress and providing feedback to help them improve their learning.
- Administration: Managing the day-to-day operations of a lead learning program, including enrolling learners, tracking progress, and providing support.
