One of the biggest challenges that challenged my thinking during work immersion was learning to adapt to a new work environment and culture. I had to navigate different communication styles, work processes, and expectations, which required me to be open-minded and flexible in order to be successful in my role. Additionally, I had to learn how to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues and clients, which pushed me to consider different perspectives and approaches to problem-solving. Overall, work immersion challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and think critically about how I could best contribute to the team and achieve my goals in a professional setting.
