Project Summary:
The project aims to develop a new mobile application for our company that will streamline communication and task management among employees. The app will also include features for tracking project progress and deadlines.

Deliverable:
The deliverable for this project is a fully functional mobile application that meets the requirements outlined in the project proposal.

Progress Made So Far:
During the first week of the project, we have successfully completed the initial planning phase. This included defining the project scope, creating a timeline, and assigning tasks to team members. We have also conducted research on similar applications in the market to gather ideas for features and design.

Challenges Faced:
One of the main challenges we have faced so far is coordinating schedules among team members. With everyone working remotely, it has been difficult to find times for virtual meetings and collaboration. Additionally, there have been some technical issues with setting up the development environment for the app.

Next Steps:
Moving forward, our next steps will be to finalize the app design and begin development. We will also continue to conduct user research to ensure that the app meets the needs of our employees. Additionally, we will work on resolving any technical issues that arise and continue to communicate regularly with team members to track progress.
