Stories of Godly fathers, examples and bible verses?

One example of a godly father in the Bible is Abraham. In Genesis 18:19, God says of Abraham, "For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him."

Another example is Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus. In Matthew 1:24-25, it says, "When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus."
