Scale of preference?

From most preferred to least preferred:

4. Fair: Average, ordinary, passable
5. Poor: Below average, unsatisfactory
6. Very Poor: Significantly below average, very unsatisfactory
7. Unacceptable: Not meeting minimum standards, intolerable
