• The vending machines were regularly running out of products
• The snack machine kept jamming which resulted in staff rocking the machine to release the jam. This had led to the machine being damaged.
• The machines were located next to the main walkway from the offices to the factory floor. During break times it was difficult to get past the people standing to use the machines.
