Paul made several missionary journeys throughout the Mediterranean region. The main missionary journeys made by Paul are:
1. First missionary journey (Acts 13-14): Paul and Barnabas traveled to Cyprus and then to various cities in Asia Minor, preaching the gospel and establishing churches.
2. Second missionary journey (Acts 15-18): Paul traveled through Asia Minor and Greece, visiting cities such as Philippi, Thessalonica, and Corinth. He also spent time in Athens, where he preached to the intellectuals of the city.
3. Third missionary journey (Acts 18-21): Paul traveled through Asia Minor and Greece once again, spending time in Ephesus and Corinth. He also visited Jerusalem and Rome during this journey.
4. Journey to Rome (Acts 27-28): Paul was taken as a prisoner to Rome, where he continued to preach the gospel and establish churches.
These missionary journeys were instrumental in spreading Christianity throughout the Roman Empire and establishing the early Christian church.
