Internal validity in research?

Internal validity refers to the extent to which a study accurately measures what it intends to measure. It is the degree to which the results of a study can be attributed to the manipulation of the independent variable, rather than to confounding variables or biases.

In order to establish internal validity, researchers must carefully control for potential confounding variables and biases that could affect the results of the study. Internal validity is important because it allows researchers to have confidence in the results of their study and to draw accurate conclusions about the relationship between variables.
