I tell myself I am safe inside,
In the sanctuary of my mind,
Where fears and doubts cannot reside,
And peace and calm I always find.

Verse:

I whisper to my trembling soul,
"Within these walls, fear cannot hold."
I seek a haven, sanctuary dear,
Where calmness soothes, and shadows disappear.

Chorus:

I tell myself I am safe inside,
Yet doubt's persistent whispers abide.
My mind a battlefield, where thoughts collide,
Reason and fear, a ceaseless tide.
