To copy an oval shape to the master slide view in PowerPoint, follow these steps:

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation and go to the View tab.
2. Click on Slide Master in the Master Views group.
3. In the slide thumbnail pane on the left, select the slide layout where you want to copy the oval shape.
4. Go back to the slide where the oval shape is located and select it.
5. Press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy the oval shape.
6. Go back to the master slide view and paste the oval shape by pressing Ctrl + V.
7. Position and resize the oval shape as needed on the master slide layout.
