Yes I understand the use of social media it's free and anyone who requests for  money  in order to help you recover your account is a scam. Question yourself why haven't you got to help from the platform

The process of encoding a user profile from a database typically does not incur a fee on social media platforms. These platforms make money through advertising and other revenue streams, rather than charging users for basic functions like creating a profile.

If someone is asking for money to help with profile encoding or any other service related to a social media platform, it is likely a scam. Legitimate social media platforms do not charge users for basic features or services. It is important to be cautious and skeptical of any requests for payment related to social media, as they are likely fraudulent.

Encoding a user profile from a database does not incur a fee. Encoding is the process of converting data into a format that can be stored and processed by a computer. This process is typically done automatically by the database software, and does not require any additional input or action from the user.

The fact that social media platforms are free does not mean that there are no costs involved in operating them. Social media companies must pay for servers, bandwidth, and other infrastructure costs. They also must pay employees to develop and maintain their platforms. These costs are typically covered by advertising revenue or subscription fees.

If you are asked to pay a fee to help recover a lost or hacked social media account, it is likely a scam. Social media companies do not charge fees for this service. If you are concerned about the security of your account, you should contact the social media company directly.

I disagreed facebook cost a fee, if you advice any users not to make a payment for IT services then why not the social media provide assistance to its customers or respond to there complaints instead it focused on its businnes with other entities while it customers get hacked and threatened also there identity is at risk
