They work closely with the Executive Director and other key stakeholders to identify key issues, trends, and best practices in the field of ECD and develop policy recommendations to support the organization's goals.
4. Advocacy Coordinator: The Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies to promote policies and initiatives that support early childhood development. They work closely with policymakers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to raise awareness of key issues and advocate for positive change in the field of ECD.
5. Researcher: The Researcher is responsible for conducting research and evaluation studies to assess the impact and effectiveness of the organization's ECD programs.
