E-birr withdrawal without SIM card, only phone number and PIN.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw E-birr without a SIM card. The SIM card is required to verify the phone number and authenticate the transaction. Without a SIM card, you will not be able to access your E-birr account or make any withdrawals.

Step 1: Download and Install the E-birr App

- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for "E-birr" and download the official app.

Step 2: Register Your Account

- Open the app and tap on "Register."
- Enter your phone number and create a PIN.
- Verify your phone number via SMS.

Step 3: Disable Your SIM Card

- Remove your SIM card from your phone. This is necessary to prevent unauthorized access to your E-birr account.

Step 4: Withdraw Funds

- Tap on the "Withdraw" button on the app's main screen.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Choose "Mobile Money" as the withdrawal method.
- Enter the mobile money account number you wish to withdraw to.

Step 5: Authorize the Withdrawal

- Enter your PIN to authorize the withdrawal.
- Do not insert your SIM card at this point.

Step 6: Contact E-birr Support (Optional)

- If the withdrawal fails without your SIM card, contact E-birr support via their hotline or social media channels.
- Provide them with your phone number and PIN, and inform them that you are withdrawing without a SIM card.
