In reflecting on my planning, interactions, assessment, and mediation/facilitation roles, I believe I did well in creating detailed lesson plans that were tailored to the needs and abilities of my students. I also effectively communicated with students and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Additionally, I was able to assess student progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
However, I recognize that there were areas where I could have improved. One weakness was in my ability to effectively mediate conflicts between students.
