Can long-term antibiotic treatment disrupt the menstrual cycle?

I had one week tratament with antibiotics, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. I realized that my period was 9 days late. I still have menstrual cramps and other specific symptoms, but it's just that I still don't get my period.

should I worry or is it just an adverse symptom?
