Rights:
1. Right to freedom of speech and expression
2. Right to freedom of assembly and association
3. Right to participate in peaceful protests and demonstrations
4. Right to access information and education
5. Right to a fair trial and due process of law
6. Right to privacy and protection from unlawful surveillance
7. Right to own property and engage in economic activities
8. Right to access healthcare and social services
9. Right to vote and participate in the political process
10. Right to equal treatment and non-discrimination

Responsibilities:
1. Respect for the rule of law and the constitution
2. Respect for the rights and freedoms of others
3. Participation in civic and community activities
4. Payment of taxes and other financial obligations to the state
5. Respect for public property and the environment
6. Compliance with regulations and laws governing public behavior
7. Reporting of criminal activities and cooperation with law enforcement agencies
8. Respect for cultural and religious diversity
9. Promotion of peace and unity among different ethnic and social groups
10. Active engagement in the democratic process and holding government officials accountable.
