A relentless beast that devours me
Claws sharp, teeth gnashing
Tearing at my soul, never ceasing

I cry out in pain, but no one hears
My suffering hidden behind smiles and cheers
I am alone in this torment
Lost in a sea of despair, no end in sight

I am but a puppet on its strings
Dancing to its tune, a prisoner of its whims

I long for release, for freedom from this hell
But it eludes me, a distant dream I cannot quell
I am consumed by the darkness within
Trapped in a cycle of anguish, unable to win

A constant companion, a shadow on my soul
I bear its weight, its burden heavy and cold
But still I fight, for hope is not yet lost

I will rise above this pain, this suffering
I will conquer the beast that seeks to destroy me
I will emerge stronger, wiser, unbroken
For I am a warrior, and I will not be forsaken

A cry of pain,
A cry of desolation,
A cry that pierces the silence,
And echoes in the void.

It is the cry of the damned,
The cry of the forgotten,
The cry of those who suffer in silence,
And die alone.

Oh, agony!
Unbearable agony!
Why do you torment me so?
Why do you not let me die?

I have nothing left to live for,
My hope is gone,
My faith is broken,
And my love is dead.

So let me die,
Let me sleep forever,
And forget the pain,
And the sorrow,
And the despair.
