Against what is the QMS measured in terms of the skills development?

The QMS (Quality Management System) is measured against industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in terms of skills development. This includes assessing the competency and proficiency of employees in implementing and maintaining the QMS, as well as ensuring that training and development programs are in place to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to quality management.
